When You Arrive
- You must be on time for spin classes; please come 5 minutes or more prior to class time
- Check in at the front desk and pick up a spin ticket
- For your safety, if door is closed, please DO NOT ENTER Spin class when it is in session!
What to Wear
- Comfortable clothes
- Bike shorts/pants with pads are highly recommended
- Cycling shoes or hard-soled shoes
(Note: our pedal system is Look & SPD Shimano Cleat compatible)
Hot Yoga Procedures
All members coming for a hot yoga class MUST check in at the front desk 10 MINUTES PRIOR TO CLASS and get their hand stamped. Members must have a hand stamp to enter the class, PLEASE BE OUTSIDE THE CLASSROOM 5 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS STARTS
- Please bring your own mats and towels. They will not be provided.
- Please be on time for class. WE WILL NOT allow any late entries.
- Please leave your shoes, phones, etc. under the bench in the hallway, or in locker room.
